Todd R. Bevans was born and raised in Oregon, and has lived in the small town of Monmouth since 1999. He loves his family and local Monmouth/Independence community. He is the father of five daughters, and prioritizes family and faith above all else. He is honest, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He is a great asset to our local community and to the legal profession. His wife, Allison, serves as a paralegal, notary, and office assistant and is practically perfect in every way and definitely not the author of this ;)

Todd R. Bevans graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, OR. He completed his undergraduate degree at Western Oregon University, and worked for a number of years as a software engineer before deciding to switch careers and go to law school.
